1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using the website at www.zmsotlabs.com (the "Site"), operated by ZMS Digital Industry Solutions LLC and its affiliate ZMS Automation and Control GmbH (together, "ZMS," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. What this Site is for

The Site describes ZMS's industrial Ethernet network and energy management services and reference projects, and provides a way for visitors to request a consultation. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding quotation, contract, or guarantee of services until confirmed separately in writing by ZMS.

3. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise noted, the text, graphics, logos, photographs, and layout of the Site are the property of ZMS or are used with the rights holder's permission. Reference to third-party technology partners (including Hirschmann, Schneider Electric, ABB, and MOXA) is for the purpose of identifying compatible or certified equipment, and does not imply that those companies endorse or are affiliated with ZMS beyond any actual partnership or certification described.

4. Submitting an inquiry

When you submit the contact form, the information you provide (name, company, email, phone, and project details) is sent to ZMS by email so that we can respond to your request. See our Privacy Policy for how that information is handled.

5. No warranty

The Site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Project descriptions and figures reflect ZMS's own records at the time of publication and are provided for illustrative purposes.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZMS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer or data-protection rights you may have under the law of your own country of residence.
